GETTING STARTED IN FOULUM

In order to be registered at the Citizen Service in Viborg; that is getting a cpr.no and a NemID, Helle Karvonen can help you to book a time for both. This is addressed to newly arrived PhD students and researchers (Non EU/Nordic citizens).

REMEMBER to contact Helle Karvonen as soon as you arrive in Foulum by sending her an e-mail: hk@au.dk, it can take up to a week before the Citizen Service has available times.

Back in Foulum please contact Helle Karvonen (build. A14, room 3080) if you need help to apply for a tax card and/or to apply for an Easy Account in a Bank (Nemkonto).

The library in Foulum is here to help you and can give you individual support and help for literature search, you just have to contact your librarian for a personal introduction to the system:

Anne Mette Navntoft, phone: 87 15 60 95 or e-mail: amen@au.dk

The goal of the event is to help you make a smoother transition to the Danish authorities, so we hope that you will find this initative helpful.
