Moreover, the Help Desk offers counseling and support in the following areas: visa and residence permits, taxation, transportation, insurances, pension, Danish courses, medical care, housing, social facilities at AU Roskilde and local area, or any other aspect of daily life.
The international Help Desk at AU Roskilde is a local extension of the International Academic Staff help desk in Aarhus. The help desk is working in close collaboration with the International Academic Staff department in Aarhus.
