At the International Citizen Service (ICS) you find all relevant authorities under one roof. You can do all necessary registrations (residence certificate, personal registration number (CPR), health insurance and tax card), find valuable information and get personal guidance.
There are International Citizen Service (ICS) centres in Aalborg, Aarhus, Odense and Copenhagen.
At ICS the following public authorities are present: the Citizen Service, the State Administration, the tax authority SKAT and the organisation Work in Denmark, which provides information and assistance to internationals in Denmark.
At the ICS you can also obtain information regarding residence permits, taxes, Danish driving licences, etc.
Please notice that the level of service at ICS depends on where you live. If you live outside the municipality hosting the ICS, you might have to attend your local Citizen Service.
Citizens from the following municipalities can get assistance at the International Citizen Service in Aarhus: Aarhus, Viborg, Syddjurs, Horsens, Silkeborg, Ringkøbing-Skjern, Randers, Odder, Norddjurs, Ikast-Brande, Favrskov, Herning, Skive and Skanderborg.
Citizens from the following municipalities can get assistance at the International Citizen Service in Copenhagen: Allerød, Ballerup, Dragør, Frederiksberg, Frederikssund, Gladsaxe, Glostrup, Hillerød, Holbæk, Hvidovre, Høje-Taastrup, Kalundborg, Køge, Lejre, Lyngby-Taarbæk, Roskilde, Rødovre, Rudersdal, Slagelse, Solrød and Stevns.
Citizens from the following municipalities can get assistance at the International Citizen Service in Odense: Odense, Assens, Billund, Esbjerg, Fredericia, Faaborg-Midtfyn, Kerteminde, Middelfart, Nordfyn, Nyborg, Svendborg, Sønderborg, Varde, Vejen and Ærø.
Citizens from Aalborg Municipality can get assistance at the International Citizen Service in Aalborg.
